Privacy notice

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no forms or user accounts. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors. Personal data is processed only when the hosting provider delivers the pages and counts visits, and when you write me an email. This notice is given under Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Visiting the website

• Data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type (user agent), and the referring page.
• Purpose: to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse and attacks.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The interest is the secure and working operation of the website.
• Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting), as processor. I do not keep access logs and do not use the data to identify visitors.
• Transfer outside the EU: Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing addendum includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Storage: only as long as Cloudflare needs it for delivery and security, under its own retention rules.

2. Visit statistics

• Data: page address, referring page, browser and device type, country, and page load times. No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting; the IP address is not stored for analytics.
• Purpose: to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Web Analytics), as processor, under the same safeguards as above.

3. Contact by email

• Data: your email address, name if you give it, and the content of your message.
• Purpose: to answer your message.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, if you ask about buying an app.
• Recipients: Cloudflare, Inc. (forwards mail sent to contact@gcodeworkshop.com) and Google (the mailbox provider), as processors.
• Storage: as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.

Links to Google Play and other sites

Links to Google Play, YouTube and other sites are plain links. No data goes to those sites until you click one. After that, their own privacy policies apply. The apps have their own privacy policies, linked on their Google Play pages: CNC Laser Pro - Engrave & Cut and CNC Pocket Cam Programmer.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@gcodeworkshop.com. You do not have to provide any personal data to use this website. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence. In Hungary: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, postal address 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9, naih.hu. You can also go to court.

If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
